Yes, when other professionals are open to collaboration. This may include occupational physicians, general practitioners, gynecologists, or other disciplines.
Yes. We regularly work with emotional and physical symptoms related to PMDD, perimenopause, hormonal fluctuations, stress sensitivity, and nervous system dysregulation.
Emotional overwhelm can be a normal part of therapy and nervous system work. We help clients practice regulation, safety, and recovery during and after sessions. We also advise clients to plan their days accordingly when possible.
Yes. Two Minute Therapy (TMT) is a short therapeutic support session through WhatsApp voice messaging between regular sessions.
Yes. Depending on the situation, therapy may include both physical and psychological assessment.
Yes. Physical training and recovery-focused sessions with Louis are also possible outside regular therapy sessions.
