While inside, your body may feel overloaded, anxious, angry, frozen, or close to meltdown.
In this self-reflective workshop, we create a safe space to share personal experiences, strengths, and struggles. We also practice different ways to regulate the nervous system through meditation, breathwork, body-based exercises, and brain-body tools.
Together, we explore how stress, hormones, emotions, and the nervous system influence each other. Special topics such as perimenopause, menopause, PMDD, burnout, and emotional overwhelm may also be discussed.
The aim is to help you build a practical toolbox, feel more equipped in your body and brain, and recognise signals earlier — before your system becomes overloaded.
